If you think your handset is suffering from a fault then the first thing to do is to call the place you purchased from as they will be able to provide you with support and advise of any best use practices that might resolve the issue you’re facing.
Definitely something not right? No problem just fill out the form below and we will issue you an RA number, then all you need to do is package up the handset safely with all associated packaging and accessories and send it to:

We suggest you use a recorded, insured and if possible a tracked postal service to ensure it arrives with us safely.
